The venue or customer must provide a suitable, stable table for the display unless table hire has been included in their personalised quote. Fresh flowers, elaborate floral arrangements, customised backdrops, venue draping, lighting installations and other specialty styling elements are not included unless specifically listed in the quote.

Styling & Selections

Sweet selections curated with you to suit your colours, style and guest numbers
Products and colours subject to availability — we substitute a matching alternative if needed
The lolly platter can sit on the main table or as a second feature elsewhere in the venue
Leftover lollies are yours to take home; all jars, risers and signage stay with us

Attendants

Self-serve by design — an attendant is optional
Dedicated attendant: $200 for up to two hours, then $65 per 30 minutes
If you also book the Gelato Cart or Sweet Surprise Vending Experience, our team helps maintain the table

Travel & Extras

Travel within 20 km of Morayfield or Dayboro included; $3 per extra km one way
Service or collection finishing after 9:00 pm: $150
CBD parking at cost; difficult access must be disclosed and may incur a charge
Book multiple experiences together and travel is only charged once

Booking

Confirm at least four weeks ahead where possible
30% non-refundable deposit secures your date; balance due 14 days prior
Final details confirmed four weeks out; changes within 14 days may incur costs
Dietary needs must be discussed early — we cannot guarantee an allergen-free display
