Is there a travel fee for Sunshine Coast events?+
Because the Sunshine Coast sits beyond our included travel zone around Morayfield and Dayboro, a travel fee is calculated based on your venue's distance and added to your quote up front, so there are no surprises on the day.
How long does setup and pack-down take?+
We generally arrive 60-90 minutes before your event start time to style your dessert bar, gelato cart or lolly tower, with pack-down taking around 30-45 minutes at the end of service. Both are included in your quote.
How does booking dessert bar catering for the Sunshine Coast work?+
Send through your date, venue and guest count and we'll come back with a tailored quote within 1-2 business days. A booking deposit secures your date, with the balance due before your event.
How far ahead should I book for a Sunshine Coast wedding or event?+
Sunshine Coast wedding season books out quickly, so we recommend confirming 3-6 months ahead for weddings and peak-season events (October to April). Smaller parties and corporate events can often be arranged with 3-4 weeks' notice.
