Food Safety

Ingredients, Allergens & Dietary Requirements

Please advise us of any dietary requirements or known allergies when ordering so they can be considered before the sweet selections are finalised.

Every party favour order is supplied with a detailed ingredient and allergen information sheet covering the confectionery included in that particular order.

While we take food safety, cleanliness and careful handling seriously, our products are prepared in an environment where common allergens are present. We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergen traces.

Collection, Postage & Event Delivery

Individual and smaller orders available for collection from Sugar Rush Dayboro
Postage may be available depending on quantity, packaging and destination
Event delivery available for party favour orders totalling $225 or more
Delivery within 20 km of our Dayboro or Morayfield base included for qualifying event orders
Travel beyond the included area is $3 per additional kilometre, one way from the closest base
Standard delivery is to one accessible location at the venue

Placement at individual guest settings, additional styling or delivery involving difficult venue access may be included in a personalised quote.

Better Together

Combine With Another Sugar Rush Experience

Party favours can be added to our Gelato Cart, Sweet Surprise Vending Experience, Luxury Sweet Table or Lolly Platter experiences.

When party favours are delivered with another Sugar Rush Events booking, the $225 minimum favour order does not apply.

Delivery and travel are coordinated as part of the main booking, so you're not charged separately for each Sugar Rush experience.

Ordering Information

Advance ordering is recommended — every favour is individually prepared and colour-coordinated
Standard favour orders preferably placed at least two weeks in advance
Large quantities, personalised stickers, custom boxes, corporate branding and specialty designs preferably confirmed at least four weeks before the event
Short-notice orders may be accepted subject to confectionery, packaging, design and production availability
Final quantities, colours, packaging, customisation and dietary requirements must be confirmed before production begins
