Do you cater dessert bars outside Dayboro itself?+
Yes - as well as Dayboro, we regularly cater events in Mount Mee, Samford Valley, Closeburn, Ocean View, Wamuran and the wider D'Aguilar region. Let us know your venue and we'll confirm coverage in your quote.
Is travel included for Dayboro events?+
Travel within 20 km of our Dayboro shop is included in every dessert bar catering package. Beyond that, travel is charged at $3 per additional kilometre, calculated one way from our closest base.
Can I visit the shop before booking?+
Absolutely - our Dayboro store is open daily and is where every dessert bar, gelato flavour and lolly selection is prepared. You're welcome to pop in, or book a guided Sweet Experience tasting session to sample the range before your event.
How does booking dessert bar catering work?+
Send through your date, venue and guest count and we'll come back with a tailored quote within 1-2 business days. A booking deposit secures your date, with the balance due before your event.
How far in advance should I book?+
For weddings and peak-season events (October to April), we recommend booking 3-6 months ahead. Smaller parties and corporate events can often be accommodated with 3-4 weeks' notice.
