Travel & additional charges

- Difficult venue access (stairs, slopes, long carries) must be disclosed and may incur a charge
- Premium paper spoons are included; silver teaspoons available by prior arrangement
Booking information
- Confirm at least four weeks ahead so we can order flavours and arrange staffing
- A 30% non-refundable deposit secures your date
- Guest numbers, flavours, venue access and dietaries confirmed four weeks prior
- Balance payable 14 days before the event
- Bookings within four weeks require full payment and are subject to availability
- Changes within 14 days cannot be guaranteed and may incur costs
