Which parts of Brisbane do you cater to?+
We cater right across Brisbane — from Chermside, Aspley and Carseldine out to Sandgate and Brighton, and from Nundah and Wavell Heights through to Everton Park, Samford and Arana Hills. Travel within 20km of our Dayboro base is included, which covers much of the city; anywhere further is quoted transparently up front.
Are you actually local?+
Yes — our shop and kitchen are in Dayboro, and we cater Brisbane venues every week, from backyard parties in Samford to corporate functions in Chermside. Being local means we know the venues, the traffic and the best setup spots.
What does dessert catering typically cost?+
Styled dessert bars start at $495, gelato carts at $755 and custom gumball machines at $195. Most clients invest between $895 and $1,800 depending on guest numbers, styling and how many elements they combine.
Do you supply the table, linen and signage?+
Yes. Our dessert bar packages include styling props, jars, stands, linen and custom signage. If your venue supplies a table, we'll style theirs — just let us know at quoting stage.
How far ahead should I book?+
Weddings and peak-season events (October to April) are best booked 3–6 months ahead. Smaller parties and corporate functions can often be accommodated with 3–4 weeks' notice.

When multiple Sugar Rush experiences are booked for the same event, delivery, travel, setup and collection are coordinated as one booking. Travel is calculated only once—you will not be charged a separate travel fee for each experience.

Combined packages are individually quoted according to your chosen services, guest numbers, service duration, staffing and venue requirements.
