Our Luxury Gelato Cart
The Sugar Rush Sweet Surprise Vending Experience can be booked alongside either of our Luxury Gelato Cart Experiences to create a memorable two-station dessert experience.
When the gelato cart and vending machine are booked together, two uniformed Sugar Rush attendants are included:
- One attendant dedicated to serving and managing the gelato cart
- One attendant dedicated to distributing coins, assisting guests and managing the vending machine
- Coordinated delivery, setup and pack-down
- Styling across both stations to complement the event
- Smooth simultaneous service with assistance available at both experiences
Combined packages are individually quoted according to guest numbers, gelato serving style, service duration, event location and product selections. Delivery and travel are calculated only once — customers are not charged separate travel fees for each experience.
What to Expect
Included travel
Travel within 20 km of our Morayfield or Brisbane base is included.
Additional travel
Beyond the included area, travel is charged at $3 per additional kilometre, calculated one way from the closest Sugar Rush base.
One travel charge
Only one travel charge applies when multiple Sugar Rush experiences are delivered to the same venue as part of one booking.
Extra service time
$65 per 30 minutes.
Late finishing
Service finishing after 9:00 pm incurs an additional $150.
CBD parking
Charged at cost.
Difficult access
Stairs, steep slopes, long carrying distances, restricted vehicle access or other difficult venue conditions must be disclosed before booking and may incur an agreed additional charge.
Planning Your Event
- 01We recommend confirming bookings at least four weeks before the event. This allows time to source and prepare the chosen products, coordinate the event colours, arrange staffing and finalise the presentation.
- 02Bookings requested within four weeks may be accepted subject to product, staffing and transport availability.
- 03A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the event date.
- 04Final guest numbers, product selections, colours, venue access information and dietary requirements must be confirmed four weeks before the event.
- 05The remaining balance is payable 14 days before the event.
- 06Bookings confirmed within four weeks require full payment at the time of booking. Product choices for late bookings are subject to availability.
- 07Changes requested within 14 days of the event cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional costs.
