We started as a lolly shop, so the buffet is home ground. Every jar is filled to your colour scheme from our own range, styled with risers and signage, and finished with take-home bags so guests leave with a favour they picked themselves.

Stocked from our own lolly shop
Our buffets are filled from the same shelves as our Dayboro shop, which means we can colour-match precisely, taste-test before we commit, and swap anything that doesn't hold up in Brisbane heat. Pop in daily between 9am and 4pm to see the range in person before you decide what goes in your jars.

Lolly buffet FAQs
How many lollies do I need per guest?+
We allow roughly 100–150g per guest for a self-serve lolly buffet. Our Classic buffet suits up to 40 guests and the Signature up to 80; beyond that we scale jars and quantity to your final numbers.
Can you match our colours exactly?+
Yes — that's the point of the buffet. Send your palette and we'll fill the jars in matching tones. Blush and gold, black and white, pastel rainbow and single-colour buffets are all common.
Do guests take the lollies home?+
Most do. Take-home bags are included, which doubles the buffet as a favour and means very little goes to waste at the end of the night.
Is a lolly buffet suitable for a wedding?+
Very. Lolly buffets and towers work beautifully at Brisbane receptions as an alternative to a dessert course, or as a late-night station after the dance floor opens.
Are the lollies suitable for guests with allergies?+
We supply full ingredient and allergen information and can avoid specific allergens on request. Because our sweets are handled in a shared space, we can't guarantee suitability for severe allergies.
