We deliver, style and pack down across Morayfield, Caboolture, Burpengary, Narangba, Bribie Island, North Lakes and the wider Moreton Bay region. Travel further afield is welcome — just let us know your venue and we'll include it in your quote.
Is there a minimum spend?+
Our Luxury Sweet Tables start from $495, Gelato Cart bookings from $695, and Sweet Surprise Station hire from $195. For weddings and larger events, most clients invest between $895 and $1,800+ depending on guest count and styling.
How long does setup and pack-down take?+
We typically arrive 60–90 minutes before your event start time to fully style your dessert bar, gelato cart or lolly tower. Pack-down takes around 30–45 minutes at the end of service. Setup and pack-down are always included in your quote.
How does booking work?+
Send through an enquiry with your date, venue and guest count, and we'll come back with a tailored quote within 1–2 business days. To lock in your date, we require a 25% booking deposit, with the balance due two weeks before your event.
How far in advance should I book?+
For weddings and peak-season events (Oct–Apr), we recommend booking 3–6 months ahead. Smaller parties and corporate events can often be accommodated with 3–4 weeks notice — get in touch and we'll do our best to help.
